Mr. Johnson,

I just can not tell you how great lunch was today at Oracle!!

Your barbecue took me back many years. I was a little kid again in St Louis. There was a place in St. Louis that my father loved called Merritt. Not sure I spelled it right. Pecan trees all around the grounds – picnic table in the shade and pecan nut shells under foot. The French Society use to meet there – shows you just how great it was. Famous people from all over – came to it.

Yours is the first that even came close!!! VERY VERY GOOD – Thank you for the trip down memory lane. I felt close to my father and could re-live all those great parties we had in the grove.

Wish you great success for many many years – God grant you many years and a highly profitable business. May family carry on the business.

of The Washington Post. The barbeque was awesome — as always. Everybody
loved it! And Dan and I actually got to enjoy our own party (that’s a
first), because you took care of everything. No worries. You always make

GREAT DAY!!!

Our outing was a big success in no small part due to the fabulous buffet you and your staff provided for our golfers. We finished earlier than we expected and the food was hot & ready and the beer was ice cold, and nobody waited for a thing. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. I can’t help but think one of the reasons we finished earlier than expected was the golfers were able to smell the brisket cooking at the turn…it kept them moving in anticipation of the buffet. I also appreciate you willingness to work with our group to stay within our budget.

When we schedule an outing, we have no control over the weather or the condition of the golf course. That’s up to mother nature. However, the banquet part is up to JJ’s Deli and you came through, with flying colors. All in all, we couldn’t have had a better day.
